Okay, so generally I find the practice of Rickrolling to be ridiculous and unhelpful. On the other hand, I find this to be fricking hilarious, and since I warned you in advance, it’s not actually Rickrolling.

That is highly amusing (and rather well done). Of course how sad is it that I know what Beeker was originally singing in that skit? (Feelings, with Animal chiming in on the choruses.) 😛

On that topic: we were listening to “Wait Wait, Don’t Tell Me” this weekend, and during the Lightning Fill-In-The-Blank portion there was a question about a Welsh “Jedi Master” attacked by….[blank}. Contestant Tom Bodett guessed “Storm Trooper”, and when the answer turned out to be Darth Vader he argued that he should get partial points. Host Peter Segel countered with, “They are nothing alike. Darth Vader is a former Jedi master who turned to the Dark Side; Storm Troopers are just clones.” He got a massive round of applause, including one from Margaret and myself.
